No one’s here. It’s Friday night and no one’s here. Tell me, how can this be? Just this single light in the dark. Now there was one of those big red ones. A person got off, now it is quiet again. Well, as quiet as it can be at a normal road. On the opposite side, there is a light glowing in a window and reflecting in the curtains. It is red, orange, brown … somehow all of it. This one here is just white and bright. Illuminating that confusing network of lines. It is Friday night, time for partying … why is no one coming? Maybe it is too windy, too cold. You can see the leaves tossing and turning. There is the next big one. More people getting off now. But they are all leaving, making their way through the dark. Nobody likes waiting in the dark. Everyone’s searching for his safe haven. It will be a lonely night. Life can be so lonely sometimes…
